Red Grenache, Carinyena and our special Syrah on same proportions. Lot of aromas, starting with forest fruits and floral aromas. If we swirl the wine around the glass we found species, clove, cinnamon, vanilla and toasted and smoked aromas in perfect harmony. As Esparver opens up mineral tones and balsamic fragrances appear. This wine evolves in the glass and surprises continually. Meaty, with lot of volume and very unctuos. Creamy tannins that wrap an elegant palate, with a very well integrated acidity that brings freshness. Long finish with reminders of wild berries and noble woods.
