CABERNET SAUVIGNON, FROM THE VINEYARD FOR WHICH THIS WINE IS NAMED, LA CREUETA. THE NORTHEAST-SOUTHWEST ORIENTATION OF THE LAND ALLOWS US TO ACHIEVE OPTIMAL MATURATION THAT GIVES US SIGNIFICANT ALCOHOL CONTENT, CLAYEY SOIL AND LOW YIELD GIVE US A CONSIDERABLY POWERFUL FRUIT. THIS COMBINATION OFFEATURES ALLOWS FOR EXCELLENT AGEING IN BARREL ANB BOTTLE

WOOD IS WELL INTEGRATED IN THE WINE AND IT PROVIDES A VERY PLEASANT SENSATIONS VERY INTENSE AND PLEASANT IN THE MOUTH WITH NOTES OF RED FRUIT AND PEPPER. A STRONG AND GLYCERIC WINE ATITS OPTIMUM DRINKING POINT

AFTER A LONG MACERATION AND FERMENTATION, THE WINE AGES IN FRENCH AND AMERICAN OAK BARRELS FOR 12 MONTHS. SUBSEQUENTLY AGING IN THEBOTTLE CONTINUES

EUDALD MASSANA WINERY - ORGANIC WINE & ESTATE
The Eudald Massana Noya, is the result of the Massana family`s hstory, dedicated to viticulture, on a property of 30 hectares of vineyards located in the heart of the Penedés, in Sant Pau d`Ordal (Subirats). The different types of soils on the estate make it an ideal area for elaborating high qualitymwines and cavas. From our very beginnings, we positioned ourselves for ecological and biodynamic farming, turning these two types offarming into a work philosophy. We use only grapes cultivated on our estate in order to elaborated our wines and cavas. We grow 12 different varieties: 6 whites and 6 reds.
