This is a pale yellow young white wine with bright green tints. Its initial aromas are those of white fruit, such as apple and banana, and then, little by little, citrus, apricot and pear notes start to emerge. It is smooth and well-structured on the palate, with good acidity, well integrated alcohol and medium persistence. The predominant white fruit aromas come through again on the palate. This is a fresh wine, ideal for enjoying with friends, which can be paired with white fish with very little fat such as hake, sole or monkfish. It is also a nice match with salads, pasta or white meats.
